My canon printer which is several years old, was working great. Then I had an internet problem and had to have a new router and moden installed. When I tried to print something after that...it would not print...now I have a new password provided by my internet co. I tried to go to the printer settings and it said it was offline...I tried to get it online to no avail. I just called Canon and my model: Pixma MG3500 is not supported anymore. they suggested I go here for help. it was working fine until the new router and modem...and Yes, I did contact my internet server and they could not help...can someone please help me connect my printer now??? Thanks!
