PIXMA MG3022 won't work after internet service upgrade

I just upgraded my internet service to 5GL and my MG3022 printer does not work.

It remains offline.  Is there a fix to this problem?

Hi wc130e,

The PIXMA MG3022 is only compatible with 2.4Ghz networks.  Your router should be capable of broadcasting a 2.4Ghz signal for your PIXMA MG3022 to connect to.
