What OS are you using your printer with?
How is the printer connected and to what?
When you installed the printer did you have any issues or receive an yerror messages.
If you are being prompted to Save As .PDF it might be that you have not selected the printer as the device for your document.
Review your installed printers and ensure its selected as the destination.
