I have gone through the manual a thousand times and can't figure out what is going on.
I have had my printer for only a month. I connected it at my house, worked fine, then I moved it up to my dorm and it connected fine there.
I decided to bring it back home and when it ran a diagnostic, it stated it was still connected to my dorm WIFI, even though it was hours away.
I tried a factory reset by holding down stop for 21 alert flashes, and that didn't do anything. I tried deleting my driver and reinstalling but the only message that comes up is "failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check the internet connection and try again."
I am lost on what to do. Please help!

Oh and I get the same message every single time I attempt to print, which is:
"The printer is offline.
Check that the printer is connected and the printer power is on."
This is NOT the case. The printer IS online, and connected and power on.
I've checked the settings to make sure printer is NOT set to "use offline".

kabrilew,
Lets check the current connection status of the printer:
1. Load a new sheet of plain A4 or Letter sized paper in the unit.
2. Press and hold the Wi-FI button and release it when the ON lamp flashes.
3. Press the Wi-Fi button again.
4. A sheet will print displaying the network information.
When the sheet prints, tell us the following:
What is the SSID?
What is the signal strength percentage?
What is the IPv4 IP Address?
What is the IPv4 Default Gateway?

What is the SSID?
ruffruff-GUEST
What is the signal strength percentage?
100%
What is the IPv4 IP Address?
192.168.1.5
What is the IPv4 Default Gateway?
192.169.1.1
Did this answer your question?
NOPE. It does not answer my question, which is how do I get my printer to print. I keep getting "Printer error status", or "Printer not responding", or "Port in use. Please wait."
And the only thing that has printed in several days is the sheet with network information.

Hi Patrick
What version of Windows are you using?
Windows 10.
I should have mentioned that from the get-go.
Interesting thing is the printer worked fine when I installed and added it a couple months ago.
It is only recently that it refuses to operate as usual.
