I purchased a new Canon GX 1020 Printer and have spent over a day trying to enable printer on my Dell computer. Very frustrating until I saw this is a common complaint of purchasers. I need help getting the printer online. Thank you, Ron
There should have been a card or quickstart leaflet in the box with the printer with instructions on how to install the software to get your printer installed. Here is a short link to the site to get started: https://canon.us/GX1020start
