Hello,
I have a brand new G3260. Was working perfectly as a printer when I got it. It would print from the two sources on my PC when needed. I used the scanning function on the printer and now the printer will only print from one source; the other source it sends me a messages that the printer is off line. The attached photos. First one is the souce that works (not sure what program that is in my computer), second photo is the source that doesn't work and the message I get. Any help would be great!
