I've tried a million times and the printer won't print wirelessly. It's only two years old, will print when plugged into the computer but even though it says it connects to the network, it doesn't. Please help. This shouldn't be this hard!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof) or mobile device (Android or iOS) along with any error messages you're getting. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
