Hi,
This printer has been in the office for over 2 years and yesterday the printer was not printing. Notice said -check connection. I have other wireless devices and they are working fine. I removed the device from the computer to see if reinstalling it would work. When I try to add a new printer ( My pro-10 ) - My other printer comes up but not this one. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mel

You don't want to use the WS version of the printer driver. Use the Canon IJ Network Tool and install the Canon driver.
