My Image Garden Disc text not centered

I'm trying to print some artwork on discs and I am finding when I add text, it's not centered, it's aligned left, but I believe it used to be centered before i recently reinstalled Windows... but I can't seem to find how to make the text be centered anymore which is weird.

Ohhh!  the bottom bar with text alignment was hidden!  I found the answer in the manual here:
