Hi,
I can't connect our new Canon printer to my Macbook (nor my Iphone). It doesn't pick up the printer. Alle devices are on the correct wifi. From another laptop (not Apple..) the printer is accesible, so there is something in the connection between Mac and this printer.
My Macbook has MacOS Catalina. My phone has iOS 14.1 (still to be updated to 14.2)
What could be a solution? Thanks in advcance for your assistance.
