My printer works great and I can still purchase cartridges for them. However, I recently did an upgrade on my MACBook and now it doesn't work 😞

Please please update the driver so we can continue to use our printers.

Greetings,

Your printer turned 12 this month.  You probably wouldn't keep a computer for this length of time.  The last officially supported OS was El Capitan.  I doubt you will see updates for it.

Unfortunately, we do not have and driver for the newer versions of the Mac OS for this printer. Outside of the 1 year warranty, you can contact our sales department at 1-800-385-2155 to use our Upgrade Program. The program is intended to be used if your printer needs service or is no longer compatible with your operating system. The Upgrade program will give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.
