MG3520 printing problems

I have lost the ability both wired and wireless to print on my printer because AT&T installed a new router. The router is a NVG589  and we have reloaded the disc on my computer but it still says we are offline.

What version of Windows or Mac are you using with your PIXMA MG3520?

As I understand that your printer is not able to connect to your current router.

Are you able to utilize the printer via USB cable?
