Hi!

To ensure the most accurate information is provided, we will need to know the version of Windows in use.

If this is a time-sensitive matter, our US-based technical support team is standing by, ready to help 24/7 via Email at http://bit.ly/EmailCanon or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT).

Thanks and have a great day!

To reset the LAN settings of the printer, you will need to hold down the Stop button on the printer, and count 17 alarm light flashes, then release the stop button (before the 18th flash), however, this is not necessary in order to get the printer connected to your WiFi.

If you have an iOS or Android device, this setup will go a lot easier. Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/Selphy App and follow the instruction provided below by clicking on the first article in the first hyperlink. This will connect the device to your wireless network.

After the printer is connected to your own wireless, please go to the link below and download the Canon drivers for the printer! The ones used by simply clicking on "Add a printer" in Windows offer very limited functionality.
