I have a MF656cdw Imageclass laser printer and it lost wireless connection.  I have tried to reset and verified the wireless password and each time I enter the information it will not connect.

My wifi is setup for WPA2.  I restarted the gateway and that seemed to work.  Thanks for your help.

Greetings,

The printer supports 2.4Ghz wireless and WPA2 / AES encryption.  Can you tell us more about your wireless network, the hardware, and how it's configured?

I'm having same issue. I restarted gateway. I turned printer on/off. Yes - gateway supports 2.4Ghz.

What now? This is my initial setup.

Please give your post a meaningful title and provide the model of your Canon product in the message body.  Most/some Canon printers require a 2.4Ghz wireless connection that uses WPA2 encryption.  Depends on the model of your product.  Please include any relevant details about your wireless hardware and it's configuration.  Router, Mesh System, etc.

Thanks in advance.
