MF451dw that has worked for several years via wi-fi on my Windows 11 and 10 laptops now have errors and upon uninstalling the printers, Windows cannot find printers using the Windows nor Canon MF drivers setup wizard software ( MF450MFDriver V720W64). Printer connects to wi-fi router and attempts using a printer Auto IP address and static address also fail. The Canon setup software indicates removing firewall blocks, clicking Yes doesn't change failing outcome. I've run the Canon setup software as admin, but still no luck.
Any recent Windows updates or firewall changes that are impacting Wi-Fi printing?

On the Windows 11 laptop, I also turned off Domain network Firewall, Private network firewall, and Public network firewall and attempted to find printer but without any success.
MF Drivers and Canon Office Printer Utility are allowed to communicate through windows Defender firewall.
