I'm trying to print from my PC computer (direct ethernet) and I keep having the issue where it will send to the printer, after 30s-1m, I hear a beep, printer does not show any error message or show anything in the status. My computer shows, "Error, Sent to printer" -- no further details.
This happens when printing from Chrome or Adobe (haven't tried any other methods). I can print when directly wired to the printer, but will not print wirelessly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, updated drivers, different computers (laptop on wifi), same result.
The printer is connected to the internet via wifi and has an IP.
Can you help?
