MAXIFY MB2150 Unstable Wi-Fi connection

Mb2150 I had this canon printer perfectly set up and using a router in France that’s called a live box S. it’s a optic fiber router that works like most routers.

everything was working fine and then one day I installed a new MacBook Air so the printer was working on that device to a little time after that. The printer showed a Wi-Fi icon that was barred. It had completely lost the Wi-Fi connection.

from there on, I had to reconfigure the Wi-Fi on that printer what I have done is set a static IP address for that designated printer on the router and I’ve also blocked the channel for the Wi-Fi so so that it will be always the same.

the Wi-Fi is broadcasting 2.4 GHZ on a single channel with it with a separate name the other 5Ghz has another name so it’s separate

I have deactivated IP V6 on the Canon printer because I had issues before on the Macintosh, where the scanning options were not available on Wi-Fi without this disabled.

can you describe situations where this happened to you too I need to set up that is very stable. I never want this to happen again. What else can I do to stabilize the system? What goes wrong in a canon printer so that it loses Wi-Fi?
