Hi all,
I really hope someone will be able to help.
I recently bought a new Macbook. OS Ventura 13.5
I have a Canon Maxify MB2150 (printer/scanner). Wireless connection.
The printer is working fine, but when I try to scan, I get error message 21345 unable to connect to device.
I've had a long phone call with Canon, and the same with Apple, and none of the advisors could offer a solution.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the printer, I've checked my router settings, I've switched the firewall on and off, rebooted, installed new drivers, and basically followed every piece of advice I've been able to find. Nothing works.
I'm really unwilling to send a perfectly good printer to landfill!
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
