ImageClass MF743Cdw says scanner driver not installed

I cannot find the scanner driver for the above MFP. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit.

I've downloaded and installed both of the below

When I click on the MF Scan Utility I get this message

I have this same scan utility on my other PC running Windows 11 Home 64-bit and everything works great. I've read community messages that talk about downloading and installing an IJ scanner utility but can't find that either and it apparently is not included in the above recommended downloads or it would have installed. When I go to the drivers page, none of the listed drivers are for scanner.

HELP!!!!!
