Image ProGraf Pro-2600 - Canon Accounting Manager only showing one job and does not update

I am using a Mac with version 14.3 and just got the new Canon Pro2600.  The Accounting Manager is only showing one job and does not update.  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still get the same results.  Am I missing something?

We have a few printers that have 2600 in the name, can you give us the full model please? This is usually listed on the top or front of the printer.
