I am unable to connect printer to xfinity wifi. Pixma MG5520

This problem surfaced when attempting to change password. The connection existed before I tried password change. My printer no longer finds my SSID and asks that I check network settings. I have not been able to do that nor was Canon Help effective. Should I try reinstalling everything- is there something I keep overlooking? Thanks for any assistance.

Try resttting printer back to factory and reconnect.
