How to fix the error po7

I was printing off some pictures to color, and all of a sudden got the error code PO7 on my printer and I have tried to figure out how to fix it. When I go to try to download what I need, to im at a standstill. cause i have a chromebook os, and it doesn't have my operating system. What do I do from there?

By the way, your Chromebook does indeed have a lightweight operating system, just not MS Windows or Apple's IOS. You should be able to run many Android and Linux apps from your Chromebook.  Canon does offer an Android printing app called Canon Print, which hopefully will be compatible with your model printer.  If not, you'll need to try to find a compatible third party app in the Google Store.
