I bought the printer a few weeks ago - i've googled extensively on the web, but nothing seems to work. I've upgraded my MAC software (10.8.5), downloaded software from the web multiple times. The printer says that it's connected to my access point but i suspect it's not. There's no firewall issue - Help!
