My Canon MG 3620 has stopped connecting to WiFi after I moved. It was working perfectly. I am desperately in need of using it. So I purchased a new one this week. It's also not connecting to WiFi. What is going on with this product? I've spent at least four hours this week trying to connect both printers -- time I do not have as I moved out of state to start a new job. I should not have to pay for support. This printer is BRAND NEW.
