Greetings,

The Canon e560 is not a device intended for sale in the United States.  It appears to be supported in the Asia and India markets.  The issue you are having appears to be related to your Windows installation and not to your Canon product.

After performing a quick search the following recommendations were made.

Remove any failed instances of the printer

Remove any software or drivers related to a failed install

Temporarily remove other installed printers that may be conflicting with this installation

Restart the system and attempt a fresh install of the device

If connecting via USB do not connect the printer until prompted by the installation utility

Connect the printer directly to an available USB port, and not through a hub or adapter

Perform SFC /scannow from an elevated command prompt to verify and repair any corrupt system files

Use a registry cleaning utility to remove any orphaned entries that might interfere with the installation

Note, the printer is designed to be installed on systems based on Intel or AMD architecture.  ARM based systems are not supported.
