Easy-PhotoPrint: Where is "item being edited" saved to?

I am using a Canon Pixma TS5140 with a wireless connection to my Windows 10 Pro laptop for r printing & scanning. I have installed the Canon Easy-PhotoPrint Editor Ver.1.9.0 software in order print ID photo. In the "Printing ID Photos with Easy-PhotoPrint Editor - Windows" Knowledge article, at Stage 6, Edit Item according to preference > To save the item being edited, click Save. Where is "the item being edited" saved to?
