MG 5420 won't print good grayscale from Canon software.

The prints are tinted pink. I get better color from other software but still not correct,   EasyPhotoPrint and My Image Garden don't show an option for grayscale. I use Canon paper and ink.  Tried on Windows 7 and Windows 10. I've tried to make sure there wasn't a printer setting that had inadvertently been changed. If there is, I can't find it.

I should mention that I'm using standard photo settings for glossy paper.

I think I may have resolved the problem. I messed around with the settings and must have found a fix.
