Connecting to Verizon Jetpack

I am trying to use my printer with a different access point.  Working from home using a Canon MG2922 and my internet access is a Verizon Jetpack.  I cannot get my printer loaded with this access.  When I do the download, I select the JetPack and do a "redetect" and it tells me it cannot locate it.

1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
2. Using the steps provided HERE, print a network page and let us know what it shows for the connection, SSID, signal strenght and IP address.
