This happened with my last printer. After a few years of use it suddenly decided it couldn't find the printer. I've tried to find a solution and vaguely recall that that was the death knell before. Any hope now?
It's a TR8620a

Thanks for joining the conversation, Lesita45!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know what "it" is. Is your printer having trouble talking to a computer, a phone, a tablet, a wireless router, or something else? That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

"It" is computer. I changed nothing but suddenly the two couldn't communicate.

Thanks! Is that computer running Windows or macOS? And do the printer and computer talk to each other via USB or Wi-Fi?
