unable ot reset Cannon color imageclass printer to hp computer.  unable to vderfify ..0.0.?code to cmplet connecdtion.

Connecting wireless.

It has been a long time since I owned a 726. Here is a URL to the User Guide.

I don't remember how to reset the unit by using the LCD on the unit itself, but the procedure should be inside.
I would also check to make sure that the computer is running the latest OS for the printer.

found a workaround solution. Printer still accepted scans and when usingcopy funcdtion produced documents perviosuly sent to printer.  Changed to different printerinstall and retrived function,
