The CanonQuickMenu on my desktop only works for one of my printers.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which Canon printer you're using and exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks. I have a Pro100 and a G620. On my Windows 10 I would like to use the QuickMenu for the G620, but I have been unsuccessful.

Quick Menu isn't listed as downloadable software for that printer, so I don't think it is supported.
