So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether you're trying to use Wi-Fi or a USB cable. for your printer and your computer to talk to one another. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

I have Windows 10 and I have wi-fi and usb (my tech knowledge ended somewhere around 1998 so I really don't know what a lot of the terms mean. I have always had someone set things up and then I'm okay but when something goes wrong I don't have a clue.) Everything was fine until windows updated during the night.
Would I be okay to just start over with the printer, like I was connecting it for the first time.
