Canon Easy-Photo Print Editor dialog box blocks CD/DVD printing page

Canon TS9521Ca printer; When clicking to open this app, I get a page that pops up and states, "about information we collect".  This info. covers the page I need in order to print on cds/dvds.  I have tried many ways to remove that text box but I cannot.  At times that text box will freeze the screen and the only way I can remove it, is to hit Ctrl, Alt, Delete to restart my computer.

To resolve this issue, please click "Do Not Agree" or "Agree" at the bottom of the message that appears.

If you are unable to see the bottom of that message, please try changing your screen resolution to a higher value.
