Wondering if anyone can help.
I have tried to connect my printer to the chromebook without much success
Updated to the latest OS
Have tried adding printer manually with IP address. Both laptop and computer attached to same wi-fi network
Struggling immensely as it appears the hiccup may be when it comes to selecting my canon printer from the list
the MG series is not there at all. So I am randomly clicking options to try and get the printer to configure. There isnt even anything similar.
So when Im sending the documents to the printer I am getting the print sucessful but also funnily enough a low ink indicator as well bizarrely.
I have tried the canon app it just constantly crashes.
I have added it multiple times with IP address also have tried the set up option and at this point I'm just really stuck and thinking its probably easier to print from my phone than the laptop but as I am setting this laptop up for the in laws to print I cant do that.
So please any help at all would be greatly appreciated. This girl is tearing her hair out over this.....
