Can't scan any more on MB5155 - MacOS Catalina

Until recently, I could print and scan from my MB5155.

Now I can only print, and i get the error attached.

I running MacOS Catalina. I've upgraded to latestversion of Canon IJ Scan Utility2.

Any ideas? Printer had plenty of ink. Odd I know, but I've seen other post saying this.

Greetings,

You need the ICA v4.2.0a driver for scanning in Catalina.

 

For consistency, you may want to update the entire suite of drivers for this OSX version.

I did update the suite of drivers, but it was still problematic. I had also updated to a new mesh wifi and once I’d reset the printer and reconnected it was much better.
