Can't download printer drivers from Canon's website

I've been trying to download drivers from Canon's USA website for three days now.  I fnd the drivers I want, then click to download always with the same result - site times out.  I've tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, multiple locations (different connectivity), cleared cache, cleared history - basically everyting recommended in the torubleshooting and more.  I cannot get the drivers to download.  I'm looking for drivers for MX410 and TR8620a.

• Checking the connection

The mx410 is retired, no driver or content updates available from Canon. You can download the last driver for it here:

The TR8620a driver can be downloaded from here:

I just clicked on the link you provided and had no issues.  Installer downloaded without a problem.  

Try the links provided by my colleague.
