When I try to execute win-mg3600-1_0-jucd.exe, I get the following response:
Can't create output file
C:\Users\RobBe\AppData\Local\Temp\win-mg3600-1_0-jucd\MSetup4.exe
I have an older Windows laptop running Windows 10.
I'd appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions.

Hey there!
Is this your personal computer, or is it a work/school/business/managed by someone else computer?
If it's your personal computer, try this: https://canon.us/MG3620setup
If the computer is a work (or not your computer), you'll need to have whoever manages the computer do the installation.
