Can't Uninstall Extended Survey Program

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the setup.exe file for Canon's Extended Survey Program?  I have unknowningly installed it on my Windows computer and get an error message when I tried to uninstall it. Windows Uninstaller says that the setup.exe file is missing - so I look in the Canon installation folder and for some unknown it's not there.

   

To make matters worse, Canon has removed all of the printer drivers and software from the Pixma MG6220 product support webpage.

Does anyone know how I am supposed to uninstall the Canon Extended Survey Program software without the setup.exe?

I've used this software available from Microsoft to uninstall corrupt or troublesome programs.

Microsoft install uninstall troubleshooter. 

Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support https://share.google/OCUAMusMYSBmyI6Rz

I haven't used it with Windows 11 but I suspect it will work.  Give it a try and let us know please.

Thanks, I appreciate your suggestion but unfortunately the "Canon Inkjet Printer/Scanner/Fax Extended Survey Program" is not on the troubleshooter's program list. Since it isn't there, the next choice is to select the "Not Listed" option which then requires a program product code to proceed. Do you know where I might be able to find its product code?
