Hello,
I have a MP560 printer and have MP Navigator EX installed. The printer is set up for wifi. I can print without any problems, but when I want to scan something via MP Navigator EX I get the error that no connection can be established, because the printer seems to be turned off or not connected. It is correctly connected via wifi however (as I said, printing is no problem).
How can I fix this problem?

I don't see an answer to this question.
I have 2 options, the first option is to get rid of the canon and use my epson.
But if you have an answer to why it won't scan please share.
Actually all I really want to disable the WIFI.

What version of Windows or Mac OS X is installed on your computer?
Do you get an error when you attempt to scan? If so, what error do you get?
