CANON - SCAN TO PC - Deletes other PC and shows new PC only - IR C3025

Dear Support,

We have Printer IR C3025 MFP.  Everything is Working Fine. 

Except when we configure this printer on new PC. the previous names on the canon printer disappears and new PC names shows up.

How can I fix or resolve this. I need the canon to show me full 20 names instead of showing only 4 new names.
