Bluetooth Adapter for Cannon iP100

I have a Cannon ip100 printer; I'd like to use it via Bluetooth connection and from my research, that can be done via a Bluetooth Adapter.  Is it possible to use a universal adapter such as this? Plugable USB Bluetooth Adapter, or does it have to be a specific adapter?
