Just upgraded my internet to a 5G system and now can't use my printer. It would appear that there are no drivers for this product to connect wirelessly to a 5G network? Anyone have any insight? Hate to buy a new printer unless absolutely necessary. Not pleased with their customer support page/chat bot not helpful.

Greetings ,
Its not a driver's issue. This is hardware. The printer only has a 2.4Ghz radio. It is not dual band and cannot connect to a 5GHz broadcast.

"5G" is cellular. For your printer to connect wirelessly, it will need to use WiFi. Specifically 2.5GHz. Are you able to set up a local WiFi network with your internet? Hopefully it will have both 2.5GHz and 5GHz capability.
