My PIXMA MX7600 has an error code b300.

The error code b300 occured after I replaced some ink cartridges and printed a few pages.  I am unable to move the ink holder from the right hand side to see if I inserted the cartridges wrong.  I have turned off the printer, detached the power cord and data cord then turned it back on.  Still the same code.  What now?

I still cannont get the ink cartridges to move into position to be accessed.  When the lid is opened the cartridges remain to the right.  It does not move to the center.  Is there an alternative to moving the cartridges into position so that I can work on it?
