My MG6800 will not print black text. If I change the color of the font, it prints out fine. At first it was printing out faintly and now noting at all. Pictures print out perfectly. I have changed the ink cartridges and performed several head cleanings as well as deep cleans. How can I resolve this issue.

Because replacing the ink and performing printhead cleanings did not get your PIXMA MG6820 to print correctly, it would require service. If your PIXMA MG6820 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options.
