Hi, Jenn1

Per the instructions above - your printer model is listed on the front panel of your printer, or on the top of your printer. Usually it's near the PIXMA logo. Most of our current printer models start with MG, MX, TS, and TR.

Can you lookup my serial number so I can find out which model my computer is. Thank you

Jenn1 - your printer is a PIXMA MP210 - that's the model.

You'll find all of the drivers and software available for it HERE.

For easy access to this page, it's best to create a My Canon Account at canon.us/account and register the printer - regardless how long you've had it. The My Canon Account page will act as a hub for information, software, and resources for your printer.

This is an older model, so it's not compatible with "modern" computer operating systems (Windows 10, or anything above macOS 10.8 - Mountain Lion). If you've upgraded your computer to a newer OS, you'll need to upgrade your printer to a modern printer that is also compatible. Our Canon Upgrade Program specialists can help you with choosing an appropriate replacement at a discount. They're at 1-866-443-8002 weekdays from 9am to 9pm (ET), and they're all right here in the USA.

I want to find out my printer model by serial number: [REDACTED SERIAL]. Only what I know it's canon i-sensys.

Hello. i-SENSYS models are not sold or supported here in the USA. If your model isn't on the front or top panel on your unit, you'll need to reach out to Canon in your country or region for assistance. Get started at https://canon.us/globalsupport
