help my canon camera is broken. it has a retractable lens on it and a book fell on it. now it won't retract or extend. my camera is a PowerShot SD1200 IS which i hear is now obsolete (not surprising sense it is a 15-year-old camera) and i desperately want it to be fixed is there anyone who specializes in obsolete digital camera lens repair?

I very much doubt it, as the cost of carrying the components to fix them would be very, very costly. Even if there was, a repair would be so expensive that you are likely to find it cheaper to buy a new, or used camera with much better technology.

You could try Midwest Camera Repair, but agree with Trevor that the cost of repair may not be worth it at all.
