elph 110 hs problem

i have a problem with zooming, there are grey squares on the shot and i tried to clean the lens and it didnt work.

does someone have a fix or do i have to buy another camera?

What were you trying to photograph in your sample?  No matter.  The image appears to show a dirty image sensor.  I am uncertain what it is that you can do about it.  Most point & shoot cameras are actually costly disposables.  If an advanced DSLR camera had a dirty image sensor, the cost of cleaning it would go well into the three figures of U.S. Dollars.
