cant connect camera powershot g16 to computer via wifi

the image import on my powershot g16 was working properly, but a few days ago i couldnt connect to my computer via wifi to import images. i have windows 7 32-bit and no other camera processess arent running on the background, when i try to connect, it finds router, but when its trying to connect to computer it says "disconnected" nothing else and i can just press the "ok" button...upgrading to windows 10 32-bit didnt help at all, sorry for my english

Have you tried reinstalling the software? That's always the best thing to do when it comes problem like those.. Also I believe if you had previously connected it to another device (your phone etc) you might have to reconnect your camera to the network your computer is on..
