I cannot login to canon image gateway while using camera window. I am trying to setup webservices and when i try to login it gives me error that user name or password is incorrect. My username(my emai) and password is correct. I can login to canon image gateway website using my info but not with camera window software. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software twice but in vain.
Can someone please help me out here?
