Im using HTC desire 820 (don't know if its relevant) and I just bought a sx700 camera.
I'm trying to connect the phone with the camera and the app from Google Play but all I got is "Camera not connected" on my screen on the phone. The phone says start app on the phone, the phone says operate the camera.
It connected only once when I was using my office Wi Fi but even there I had connected the app and camera once or twice. The camera can send images to Gateaway with no problem, but it can't connect to the phone.
Anyone have a solution?

Solution: Hard reset the phone.
